      PAYMENT POLICY  

      Coaching packages are non-refundable once payment has been processed. For more about payment policies, please click here.  


      RESCHEDULING POLICY 

      Clients may reschedule a session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.  


      Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without communication, will be considered used and deducted from the package.  


      All sessions must be completed within 8 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions expire after this period.

      •  Video Recordings of your Sessions (Don't worry, there is no obligation to be recorded! It's up to you to decide if and when filming would be helpful.)
